On The Rocks: Bellini-Tini

It’s Friday and the perfect excuse to have a tasty cocktail after a hard week (who needs an excuse though…honestly). This brightly-colored treat is very simple and offers wonderful fruity flavors without having to buy or chop actual fruit. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

 

~ 1 shot of Peach flavored vodka

~ 1/2 shot of Peach Schnapps

~ Heavy splash of peach juice (I use the canned stuff)

~ Small splash of pineapple juice

~ Grenadine (for color)

~ Champagne

*Add vodka, peach schnapps, peach juice, pineapple juice, and grenadine and shake with ice. Serve in martini glass and top with a champagne float.
